Fay Saepharn is currently a consultant for Kaiser Permanente. Prior to her current role, she was a manager that oversaw Primary Pediatrics including an Injection Clinic, Newborn Care Center, Flu Clinic, and COVID testing and vaccination clinics. In this interview, Fay discusses her experience being Iu Mien American, the challenges of following social distancing protocols in her clinic, and in-language Iu Mien COVID resources.
