About the interviewee: Nancy is a Hmong-American from Merced with a B.A. in Public Health from the University of Californa, Berkeley. She has been an organizer for Hmong Innovating Politics, also known as HIP, for over seven years and is now serving as the Executive Director.

In this interview, Nancy discusses the mission of HIP and how they have adapted to the sudden change in their work with the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic.
